Once you have received your goods, please check you are happy with your items as you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date of the invoice. If items sent are damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 working days of delivery. Please check you give the correct lengths of the items which are made to order as we cannot accept any returns once it has been cut to size and are non-refundable unless they are damaged. Check thoroughly before cutting or modifying any items as we cannot accept any returns unless in their original condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
To avoid returns, please ask for samples before you order. Return of goods are at the cost of the customer. If returned goods are lost we will not be liable for them.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If you do wish to return goods we will replace or refund but will make a minimum 15% handling charge.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
